Our teacher training program is comprehensive and thorough, providing students with access to an online program as well as face to face delivery at our beautiful bush retreat. The course is suitable for those wishing to teach, set up their own practice as an accredited Vitality Yoga teacher or for the student wishing to deepen their own awareness and understanding of themselves through the practice of yoga.

Students attend weekend lectures held every month, practice and record their daily yoga practice and participate in an intensive retreat, living the yogic way. Our program includes a range of teachers and mentors, each with the expertise and passion to inspire student teachers as well as equip them with the best possible training should they choose to make Yoga their new career.
