A qualified teacher for twenty eight years, Kehry is our senior yoga teacher, kinesiologist and feng shui consultant.

Kerhy is also a qualified nurse and highly respected natural therapist of many modalities providing her with a strong knowledge of the physical and energetic body and the connection between the two.

Kehry developed Vitality Yoga when she saw the need to develop a style of yoga that was more accessible and suitable for the average westerner's lifestyle.
