Yoga for Lunch

This is a forty-five minute class crafted to allow busy people the opportunity to fit yoga in to their schedule. Created to fit in to the average lunch break, the goal of Yoga for Lunch is to give your mind and body a well deserved holiday in the midst of a busy working day.

You will begin with postures that will soothe and settle a busy mind and body, allowing you to disconnect from the outside world and turn your focus back inward. You will then go through a series of postures that will continue to enhance a sense of peace and calm before finishing with a relaxation or meditation.

You will find that connecting regularly to yoga will have a very positive impact on your life in every respect, lowering your stress levels, improving your physical and emotional well being and generally enhancing your outlook on life.
